Dental implant supported fixed prosthesis
Implant-supported fixed restorations are a treatment option for patients who have lost their teeth. These restorations are attached to surgically placed implants and are not removable. They are made of high-strength materials like zirconia.
Many years ago, when people did not have any tooth structure left, the only options were dentures. Nowadays, after only placing 6 to 8 implants, people can create a full fixed smile.
After the implants are surgically placed and healed, the dental laboratory fabricates a full-arch dental bridge made of strong, natural-looking material. The bridge is fixed to the implants, creating a full smile.
Dental implants are one of the best ways to custom-build new teeth that restore the alignment of the original smile while maintaining the same aesthetic and functional capabilities of natural teeth.
Dental implants are small metal anchors made of titanium that can fuse to the jawbone and provide a strong foundation.
At Elite Dental Group, we use top-tier dental implant brands such as Straumann Nobel Biocare, to name a couple.
We always prioritize patient comfort and safety while maintaining your smile’s integrity.

Immediate
Dental Implants
Immediate implants make it possible to do several procedures during the same visit and have proven to be one of the top innovations in dentistry.
- After extracting a tooth, the jawbone underneath starts to shrink back. Placing an implant simultaneously creates the benefit of keeping the maximum amount of jawbone and having more support for implants, which makes it possible to restore the smile in just a few hours.
- If the jaw does not have enough bone to place a long-lasting implant, there might be a need for a bone graft procedure.
We offer the placement of the bone graft during the same visit, which creates a stronger foundation for the long-term success of the implants. You can only do this treatment if there is a need for a bone graft due to bone loss.
Dental Implant Supported
Removable Dentures
Elite Dental Group offers implant-supported removable dentures that are fixed in the mouth and do not move. DISRDs are a great, affordable way to restore a patient’s smile.
The first procedure for having a fixed denture is the dental implant placement. We may need to place 2 to 4 implants in the jawbone, depending on the case.
On the same day, we provide our patients with temporary dentures. The mold is taken after a few follow-up visits, and the fixable denture is fabricated.
Tooth Extraction
One of the main goals at Elite Dental Group is to preserve your natural teeth as much as possible.
However, there are cases where tooth extraction is necessary. There are several reasons why you might need a tooth extraction.
Wisdom tooth Extraction
Wisdom teeth, also known as third molars, are the last to emerge, usually between age 17 and 21.
In most cases, the jaw cannot accommodate the extra molars, resulting in the wisdom teeth staying beneath the gum tissue.
Sinus Lift
Often, when a tooth is no longer viable, one of the treatments is tooth extraction, which sometimes causes complications.
In the case of upper tooth removal, the sinus cavity may drop, resulting in insufficient space to anchor a dental implant and making dental restoration challenging.
All on 4
All-on-four implants are a revolutionary method of replacing lost teeth permanently. Where implants have been used to replace single teeth and dentures are usually removable, all-on-four combines elements of both alternatives.
Ridge Augmentation
A ridge augmentation is a common procedure often performed around a missing tooth or teeth to help recreate the natural contour of the gums and jaw that may have been lost due to bone loss due to a tooth extraction or for another reason.
The alveolar ridge of the jaw is the bone that surrounds the roots of teeth. When a tooth is removed, an empty socket is left in the alveolar ridge bone. Usually, this empty socket will heal on its own, filling with bone and tissue.
Bone Grafting
The loss of a tooth can often result in the loss of underlying bone tissue. This loss occurs because the jawbone requires regular stimulation, typically from the tooth root.
