The placement of immediate implants make able to do a few procedures on the same visit, and provide with the benefit of having a better result and saving time.
  • By extracting a tooth the jawbone underneath starts to shrink back, and placing an implant at the same time creates the benefit of keeping the maximum amount of jawbone and have more support for implants.
  • Immediate implants make able to restore the smile in just a few hours.
If the jaw doesn’t have enough bone to place a long lasting implant there might be a need of a bone graft procedure. We are happy to inform you that Dr. Eliasian is also able to place the bone graft during the same visit. Bone graft creates a stronger foundation for the long-term success of the implants. Nevertheless, this is not an optional treatment and it is being made only if there is a need of a bone graft due to the bone loss.

Dental Implant Supported Removable Dentures

Elite Dental Group offers dental implant supported removable dentures, that are fixed in the mouth and don’t have any movement. Dental implant supported removable dentures are a great economic way to restore the smile of the patient. The first procedure for having a fixed denture is the placement of the dental implant. Depending on the case there will be a need to place 2-4 implant in the jawbone. On the same day we provide our patients with temporary dentures. After a few follow up visits the mold is being taken and the fixable denture is being fabricated.

Now, with only placing 6-8 implants people have the chance to create a full fixed smile.
